We created Montessori community chat of like-minded people, uniting educators, parents, and everyone who is interested in the method. Here you can learn more about the method and discuss the topic, and also discuss methods of psychological support for adults and children, exchange children’s clothes and Montessori materials and even donate.
We held the first Montessori Educational Week in Ukraine in February 2024, where we shared interesting materials and held free workshops for Ukrainian teachers.
We spoke at the Annual Global Meeting of AMI and presented the history of the development of the Montessori method in Ukraine from the 1920s to the present days. Took part in the All-Ukrainian Preschool Day organized by the Ministry of Education and Science and organized two workshops for public kindergarten teachers by our experts Olena Naumenko and Alena Popova. We took part in a conference dedicated to inclusion in Dnipro, a speech by Olga Gotsulyak.

We held several offline brunches by our experts Alena Popova and Yulia Yefimenko. We found and rediscovered for Ukraine the translation of “The Scientific Pedagogy”, dated 1921.

Developed and distributed free Montessori materials for different seasons and age categories. Posted large informational articles on the Montessori method and neuroscience on the website.
Conducted training on creating a home Montessori environment for 100+ families with the help of the Children of Heroes Foundation and Kathy Blackwell. Translated numerous articles from foreign colleagues. Together with the NGO “Harmony of Development” congratulated families of Darnytsia district on the beginning of the school year and Maria Montessori’s birthday.

Implementation of the project together with War Child with the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund is ongoing in 5 frontline regions of Ukraine (Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia and Mykolaiv regions). We provide a program on socio-emotional development “Think Equal” for 10,000+ children. We train teachers to facilitate the “Teacher Wellbeing” program, which focuses on psychological support for teachers. We cover 5,000+ teachers with this program. We provide material assistance for 270 classes.

We provide training in psychological first aid under the guidance of psychologist Tetiana Shkurska-Kuzmenko. We provide training on creating a nurturing learning environment for children, based on the principles of the Montessori method.
