Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will serve as the focal point for regional coordinators, receiving feedback and information from them, analyzing it, and passing it to the Project Manager, who reports to the donor organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the work of three regional coordinators and ensuring the successful implementation of project activities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of three regional coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare monitoring and evaluation tools in accordance with the project’s logical framework.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Financial Manager to coordinate procurement activities and quality control of purchases.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between regional coordinators and the Project Manager.
- Analyze feedback and data from regional coordinators to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Represent the project at relevant meetings and events as required.
- Prepare monthly summary reports based on the provided template, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and progress updates.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Education or a related field.
- Completion of leadership and management training courses.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership positions within educational facilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
